The hotel has very attentive staff. The location is absolutely perfect and magnificent, in the very center of the public transport network. The hotel is based adjacent to the Albertine museum, Hofburg palace complex, and within an easy walk to the old city center, Karntnerstrasse, and the Opera.

The staff at this hotel were really kind and nice. The service was excellent, and I was offered an incredibly nice breakfast with meats and fruit. The accommodation had a very central location, amazing in the middle of everything.

The breakfast is satisfactory with healthy options and the location is comfortable and incredible. Comfortable bed, large bathroom and air conditioning, a storage, and cell in the room.

We liked this stay. The bed was comfortable, room was comfortable quiet & air conditioned. The staff was very friendly & professional. Free Wi-Fi was excellent and the service was very good. Besides, we parked nearby.

I recently stayed at Pension Suzanne for a few nights and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, just steps away from the opera house and within walking distance of many cultural sights, museums, restaurants, and shopping areas. The room was spacious and the antique furnishings added a unique charm. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, even arranging for a taxi to the airport. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of fresh options. a great stay with a fair price-quality ratio.

Very small room.

The breakfast selection was very good, with a variety of pastries, breads, fruits, and types of eggs. The staff serving breakfast were attentive and provided good service. The location of the hotel was also a key advantage, with easy access to the main attractions and public transportation. the beds in the room were comfortable and provided a good night's sleep.

One major issue was the cleanliness of the rooms. There were bad smells in two of our rooms, possibly coming from the carpets or curtains.
